Founders. Operators. Partners.

At Wildlife Adventure Safaris, we believe that the best travel partnerships are built face to face. That’s why we’re making a sustained commitment to the two most important trade events in our industry: Arabian Travel Market (ATM) in Dubai (14-17 Sep 2026) and the World Travel Market (WTM) in London (3-5 Nov 2026).

These events are more than a trade show presence for us. They mark a turning point in our development. Wildlife Adventure Safaris is moving fast, expanding into new markets, and building a Travel Partner network that grows with us. If you’re a travel advisor, tour operator, or consortium looking for a ground operator that is agile, founder-led, and built for the next decade of adventure travel, this is a good time to start that conversation.

ATM Dubai (14-17 September 2026): Building on Home Ground

With our Managing Director based in Dubai and our CEO and ground operations in Uganda and Rwanda, ATM is our home event. This will be our second appearance at Arabian Travel Market, and we are arriving with a much bigger story to tell.

Wildlife Adventure Safaris is no longer just another East African DMC. We are a fast-growing, founder-led tourism operation building a multi-destination adventure brand. In the last twelve months alone, we have expanded our product range across Uganda and Rwanda, launched a dedicated East Africa Tourism Intelligence platform for partners and continue to grow our B2B network across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

Practical Crisis Management and Real-Time Ground Intelligence

What sets us apart is not just where we operate but how we operate. During the 2026 Ebola outbreak in East Africa, we managed to keep 24 out of 25 confirmed trips running, re-routing five trips from Uganda to Rwanda, based on real-time threat assessment, rather than incurring costly cancellations for our partners and clients.

That kind of performance comes from leveraging a deep-rooted professional network across East Africa, developed over a decade by our founders. No other DMC in our market offers this level of risk awareness and practical crisis management support alongside ground operations expertise. But that is just the foundation. The bigger story is where we are going next.

Expanding Connectivity Across the GCC Market

ATM allows us to have that conversation directly with partners who need to know their clients are in safe hands. It also lets us connect with operators from across the GCC who are increasingly sourcing East African products - particularly in the UAE and Oman, where direct flight connections to Entebbe and Kigali are making the region more accessible than ever.

WTM London (3-5 November 2026): Taking Our Story to Europe

If ATM is our home event, WTM London is where we take the story global. WTM is the largest travel trade event in the UK and one of the most important in the world, and we are attending with a clear message: Wildlife Adventure Safaris is open for partnership with UK and European travel advisors who want to offer their clients something beyond the standard safari circuit.

Our UK trip in November is tightly packed. After WTM (3-5 Nov), we attend the Royal Geographical Society Explore Weekend (6-8 Nov) for expedition networking and community engagement.

Meeting the Standards of a $2 Trillion Adventure Travel Market

The UK and European market is central to our growth strategy. The adventure tourism market globally is projected to reach approximately $2 trillion by 2032. The demand is there. What seems to be missing is a ground operator that combines genuine ground expertise with the safety, intelligence, and communication standards that luxury and adventure clients increasingly expect. That’s the gap we’re filling.

Why Trade Events Matter for a Specialist East Africa DMC

For a specialist operator like Wildlife Adventure Safaris, trade events are not about collecting business cards. They are about building the trust that makes travel partners confident in sending their clients to us. A partner who has met our team, heard our story, and seen our track record firsthand is a partner who will advocate for us with their clients.

East Africa is one of the most compelling destinations within the the adventure tourism market, but it is also one where partners and clients have legitimate questions about safety, reliability, and operational capability. Our presence at ATM and WTM is about answering those questions before they become obstacles.

We're a member of the Association of Uganda Tour Operators (AUTO), and we hold ourselves to the standards that that membership demands, but we also understand that the real proof is in our delivery. That’s what we bring to every conversation at every trade event we attend.

Book a Meeting with Our Team at ATM or WTM

If you're attending ATM Dubai in September or WTM London in November and would like to meet with us, we would warmly welcome the conversation. We’re happy to discuss partnership models, product details, permit logistics, or simply share what we are seeing on the ground in East Africa.
